The overall attendance rate for the school year was 89.1%.
- SNA Allocation
The allocation of Special Needs Assistants for the 2024/2025 was 10 posts (1 junior day).
Our Special Education Teaching allocation was 187 hours.
- Enrolment
The enrolment for the school year was 255 pupils.
Highlights
- Pupils from 3rd – 5th class took part in the Accelerated Reading Programme.
- Maths & Science Week took place in Term 1.
- 2nd class pupils received their First Holy Communion and 6th class pupils were confirmed in May.
- Seachtain na Gaeilge was celebrated. Pupils took part in community events including a concert in the Civic Centre.
- The choir participated in The Big Sing.
- Autism Awareness Month was celebrated throughout April.
- Active Week was celebrated in June.
- Our Green Flag was raised in June.
- A new school sign was unveiled in June, kindly donated by the Butler Family.
We greatly appreciate the fantastic support with policy making by our Parents’ Association this year. We thank them for providing hoodies for the 6th class girls as a leaving gift. The Board of Management wishes you all a very happy summer break.
