Arrangements for Week Beginning 27th April & Email Addresses for Teachers

Dear Parent / Guardian,

We hope your child enjoyed engaging with the activities on the padlet this week. Every Friday the teachers will upload work for the following week. The children should take a break from schoolwork at the weekends. As we have said before the emphasis is on your child’s safety and well-being at this time. It is important that the children would have some structure to their day, so we encourage them to engage with some of the activities assigned by the teachers.

COMMUNICATION
If you have a query about your child’s school work you may like to contact the teacher directly. If an email is sent Monday to Friday during school hours, the teacher will respond to it within 24 hours. If your child would like to upload a picture of a completed project, assignment, worksheet they may do so. The teachers would love to see it and will give some feedback on it.

Please bear in mind the following points when corresponding via email:

All queries should be related to your child’s learning.
All emails should come from you – teachers will not email children directly. Children should not email teachers.
Children may upload work for their teacher to see e.g. a project completed / piece of art. Please make sure your child is not in the photo – only the piece of work should be uploaded.
