Dear Parent / Guardian,

Hope you are keeping safe and well. Thank you for all your engagement with the padlet to date. Thanks also to those of you who took time to fill in the survey.

As you are aware from our school calendar for 2019/2020, the school was meant to be closed all of next week. The Board of Management has decided that rather than closing for the full week, leaving the children without activities to do, the school will close on Bank Holiday Monday 1st June, Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd only.

For the month of June teachers will focus on a different theme each week. This means if you have children in three different class levels, they will be working on a similar theme. Next Week Is Active Week – teachers will post activities on the padlet as usual this Friday afternoon and your child can engage with the activities on Thursday 4th & Friday 5th June. As the school will be closed from Monday 1st June until Wednesday 3rd, teachers will only be available to answer any queries and offer support on Thursday 4th & Friday 5th June. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PHOTOS OF YOUR CHILD TO THE TEACHER – THE PHOTO SHOULD BE OF THEIR WORK ONLY AND NOT FEATURE ANY INDIVIDUAL CHILD.

Our school will close on Friday 26th June rather than Tuesday 30th for the summer holidays.
